Pumanaw na ang anak ni San Miguel Corporation President Ramon S. Ang na si Jomar Ang sa edad na 26.
Ayon sa isang statement na inilabas ng nakatatandang Ang at ng maybahay nitong si Tessie, pumanaw si Jomar noong April 11, Sabado.
Nagkaroon na lamang ng private funeral ang pamilya para kay Jomar noong Linggo.
Narito ang kabuuan ng statement ng mag-asawang Ramon at Tessie kaugnay ng pagpanaw ng kanilang anak.
"Our beloved son, Jomar, passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 11, 2020. It has been a painful experience, but we have been comforted by the expression of love and sympathy sent to us in so many ways.


"We appreciate all the kind thoughts and prayers. Thank you for being with us during this difficult time.
"While we know that many of you who kept him in your thoughts would have watned to attend his funeral, we decided it was best to have a private service to celebrate his life on Easter Sunday.
"Jomar was a dutiful, loving, and kind-hearted son, brother, and a loyal and dedicated friend to many. He was a source of great joy to us and we are truly blessed to have a had his love and presence in our lives. We know in our hearts that he is in a much better place now."

Sa isang ulat ng GMA News noong Enero, una nang naibalita na isinugod sa ospital si Jomar sa St. Luke's Medical Center.


Kinumpirma ito ni Ramon Ang matapos kumalat ang balita ukol dito ngunit hindi na nagbigay pa ng karagdagang detalye.
Sa isang mensahe sa GMA News, sinabi nito na: "He is currently in St. Luke's Medical Center fighting for his life."
Sa kabila ng pinagdaraanan ng pamilya Ang, naging aktibo pa rin ang mga ito sa pagtulong sa bansa sa gitna ng krisis dahil sa coronavirus pandemic.
Isa si Ramon Ang sa mga negosyanteng nagbigay ng malaking tulong sa ating mga kababayang apektado ng krisis na ito.


Si Jomar Ang ay isa sa mga anak ng business mogul sa bansa na si Ramon Ang.
Siya ang tumatayong chief financial officer ng RSA Motors, ang official dealer ng BMW sa Pilipinas.

FDA approves first Tawa-tawa capsule supplement versus dengue

Daily Apple Tawa-tawa herbal capsules is produced by Herbanext Laboraties Inc. based in Bago City, Negros Occidental. It is now  registered  and approved by the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as a food supplement. The capsules, with FDA  Registration  Number FR-4000003953662, was made from “spray-dried extract” of Tawa-tawa (Euphorbia hirta), a small herb that is widely recognized in Philippine traditional medicine as a treatment for dengue and its related symptoms. GENERAL SANTOS CITY  — The number of recorded crimes against children in South Cotabato province has continued to decrease since last year, thanks to the success of Oplan Tokhang and improved awareness on the problem among residents. Lt. Josie Alog, women and children section chief of the South Cotabato Police Provincial Office (SCPPO), said Tuesday the recorded crimes against children in the province’s 10 towns and lone city dropped by nearly half since last year. In 2018, Alog said they recorded a total of 239 cases, which was 45 percent lower than the 524 in 2017. Alog said they saw the same trend in the first quarter of the year, with a total of 39 documented cases that included acts of lasciviousness, incestuous rape, attempted rape, and statutory rape.
