Wuhan, the Chinese city that was ground zero for the COVID-19 pandemic in late 2019 and early 2020, has partially re-opened following more than two months of isolation. According to news reports, while people were allowed to enter the city they cannot leave it. Here's a look at how the locals are responding to this latest development.
