Wuhan, the Chinese city that was ground zero for the COVID-19 pandemic in late 2019 and early 2020, has partially re-opened following more than two months of isolation. According to news reports, while people were allowed to enter the city they cannot leave it. Here's a look at how the locals are responding to this latest development.

Bongbong slams Leni’s ‘brazenness’

Former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., defeated candidate for vice president, hit the camp of Vice President Maria Leonor “Leni” Robredo on Wednesday for claiming victory in his poll protest against her even as the Presidential Electoral Tribunal (PET) is yet to resolve the matter. “We are appalled once more by the brazenness of Mrs. Robredo and her Liberal Party in claiming victory in my still ongoing election protest just as the tribunal announced that no action has been taken by the court on the Caguioa report,” Marcos said in a statement.
